    Disney has been a family favorite since before I was born, but no one loves them more than my older brother. He has studied Walt's life, successes and failures for years, and he even has his own YouTube channel about it! Because of this I am already faintly aware of a lot of the challenges his company has faced that were highlighted in this video. Disney's video content and other properties, like you said, have had plenty of moments where they were so close to failure, and there were many disagreements as they tried to prevent those failures from submerging the company. I loved the advice on thinking twice before taking advice. So many movies and park attractions would have been drastically different if they hadn't done that.
    'A little bit of fun,' has always been a key ingredient that draws people into Disney. That, and the power of influencers have been a constant for them since the beginning. If a Plan B was necessary, sometimes it was a matter of changing locations, or altering the content being produced. 
    It's been a while since I've heard anyone mention the Alice shorts, so I forgot a lot about it. It was cool to hear how successful they actually were despite the company for Laugh O Grams struggles.

    Fenomenal Message. I agree powerful brands can sell basically everything but the key point is to really know when exactly you are powerful enough to sell whatever you want to. I put an example, now Amazon and Disney are competitors for Netflix, time will say how right or wrong they were. I think for medium size business diversifying is not always the best advice. Thanks again for the free and high value knowledge you provide.
